List Jobs

This option lists the description and all configuration details for all jobs in the current data area as defined for each job in Job Configuration, as well as a number of statistical details. The List Jobs window is displayed when this option is selected.

Column width

Each column may be adjusted for width if necessary by placing the cursor over the a column separator in the header line and dragging into a new position to make the column wider or narrower as desired.

Sorting

To sort the displayed information by column type, click once on the header of the column to be sorted; click the same column a second time to sort in the opposite order.

Context menu

Select and Copy - The List Jobs Context Menu is displayed by right-clicking the mouse - this will display the menu containing the Copy and Select All options to facilitate the copying of job details for pasting into other applications such as spreadsheets if required. The mouse can be used to select smaller blocks of cells if necessary to follow with the context menu Copy option.

Change job

List Jobs is particularly helpful if column sorting is used to locate a particular job by examining job details in the sorted list. When the required job is located, instead of noting its name and returning to the Open option to change to that job, the job can be opened from directly within List Jobs. Click once on the line displaying details for the required job (in any column), and the job name will appear on the Change to job button - click the button to close List Jobs and open that job. Alternatively, double-clicking the line showing the required job closes List Jobs and opens the job immediately.
